Develop technology-fluent faculty and students who understand and critically use technology effectively to improve teaching and learning.

Expand high quality distance education and diffuse innovations into on-campus learning and vice versa.

Integrate academic and learning support services into a seamless, technology-rich learning environment.

Define the kind of technology-rich learning environment we want to provide, including infrastructure, tools, facilities, and content.

Develop and implement a comprehensive, university-wide technology plan to leverage resources and address gaps in service and support.
